Patrick Wijffelman is specialized in valuations and litigation support. He has over 20 years of professional experience. He has worked on more than 150 valuation projects on behalf of national and international clients and executed and originated more than 50 M&A transactions.

He has extensive experience in (cross-border) business valuations, fairness opinions, IFRS- and tax valuations and financial modelling. He provides litigation support and damage calculations for disputes, breach of contracts and claims. Patrick is specialized in squeeze-out procedures in the Netherlands and works as a valuation expert for third parties and the Dutch court.

He started his career in 2001 at Mazars Berenschot Corporate Finance. In 2013 he continued his work as Director M&A and valuations at MBCF. He was the head of Valuation & Litigation support.

Patrick joined Wingman in 2019. Patrick holds a master in Business sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a master in M&A and Valuation from the University of Groningen.

Patrick is guest lecturer Valuations for the Master of M&A and Valuation from the University of Groningen and the NVP (Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen) and member of the Corporate Litigation Association.
