Wingman is ruim 25 jaar actief op het gebied van bedrijfswaardering. Begin jaren negentig was Wingman in Nederland \u00e9\u00e9n van de initiatiefnemers van de verregaande professionalisering van de dienstverlening bij ondernemingswaardering. En daarna is Wingman een van de toonaangevende onafhankelijke Nederlandse waarderingsbureaus gebleven.<\/p>\n
Wingman was en is betrokken bij de postacademische opleidingen op het gebied van business valuation, is actief binnen bestuur en commissies van de beroepsgroep en publiceert over het waarderen van ondernemingen. Maar bovenal is Wingman bezig met het uitvoeren van bedrijfswaarderingen. Nationaal en internationaal. Met belangen van verschillende omvang en bij ondernemingen uit uiteenlopende sectoren. De naam Wingman is afgeleid van het begrip wingman, een term uit de militaire luchtvaart:<\/p>\n
A wingman is a pilot who supports and covers the flight lead in a potentially dangerous flying environment, usually flying \u2018on his wing\u2019, that is, beside and slightly behind the leader plane. The wingman’s role is to add an element of mutual support to aerial combat.
