Wingman is een onafhankelijk bureau voor ondernemingswaardering. Wingman kent als geen ander de omstandigheden die de waarde van een onderneming of aandelenpakket kunnen be\u00efnvloeden. Wingman komt altijd tot een afgewogen en onderbouwd waardeoordeel.<\/p>\n
Wingman waardeert in uiteenlopende situaties:<\/p>\n
Wingman waardeert bij geschillen.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Denk aan ruzies tussen aandeelhouders, echtscheidingsprocedures, interpretatieverschillen van overeenkomsten of het vaststellen van geleden economische schade. Wingman treedt op als partijadviseur of onafhankelijk deskundige, al dan niet door de rechterlijke macht benoemd.<\/p>\n Wingman waardeert bij koop<\/a>\u00a0en\u00a0verkoop<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0Bijvoorbeeld bij fusies, overnames of een management-buy-in of buy-out. En met een fairness opinion beoordeelt Wingman de redelijkheid van een eerder overeengekomen prijs.<\/p>\n Wingman waardeert voor fiscale doeleinden.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Onder andere bij herstructureringen van holdingstructuren, overdrachten van activa ten behoeve van het kunnen benutten van verliescompensatie of overdrachten binnen de familiekring waarbij afstemming met de fiscus nodig is. Wingman waardeert ook immateri\u00eble activa ten behoeve van verplaatsingen binnen een concern om zo optimaal gebruik te kunnen maken van de verschillen tussen de internationale fiscale regimes.<\/p>\n
