Er is sprake van financi\u00eble participatie of een participatieregeling wanneer een bedrijf haar medewerkers wil belonen door het aanbieden van aandelen, aandelencertificaten, aandelenopties of beloningen die gebaseerd zijn op de waarde van de onderliggende aandelen.<\/p>\n<p>Met een participatieregeling toont een onderneming waardering voor haar medewerkers. Dit helpt om medewerkers te binden en te motiveren. Het personeel kan op deze manier meeprofiteren van de waardeontwikkeling van de onderneming. Financi\u00eble participatie bevordert over het algemeen de mate van betrokkenheid en ondernemerschap in een organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Er kan worden gekozen om zo\u2019n financi\u00eble participatie mogelijk te maken voor het management middels een managementparticipatie of management incentive plan. De waardering wordt veelal opgesteld ten behoeve van de afstemming met de belastingdienst.
