Jaap Bouman (1971) has approximately 25 years of valuation experience and has been involved in over 300 valuation projects in a large number of sectors, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Jaap joined Wingman Business Valuation in 2013.

Michiel Nagelhout has worked in the field of business valuation since 1995. His primary focus is on fair value analyses, dispute litigation, mergers and take-overs, and impairment testing. Michiel has also been actively involved in the development of financial calculation models for strategic decisions and (re)financing, valuation and project financing assignments.
Michiel was a lecturer at Nyenrode Business University, where he teached Corporate Valuation and Value Based Management as part of the education Master of Science in Controlling, Finance Advanced 2.

Sandra van Ooijen is valuation consultant within Wingman since the beginning of 2017. Before joining Wingman, Sandra worked for Rabobank as financing specialist and as account manager large corporate clients. Sandra’s primary focus is on financial analysis and valuations of assets and shares within transactions, Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) and impairment testing. She has credentials as a Registered Valuator (RV) and is a member of the Dutch Institute of Registered Valuators (NIRV).

Patrick Wijffelman is specialized in valuations and litigation support. He has over 20 years of professional experience. He has worked on more than 150 valuation projects on behalf of national and international clients and executed and originated more than 50 M&A transactions.
He has extensive experience in (cross-border) business valuations, fairness opinions, IFRS- and tax valuations and financial modelling. He provides litigation support and damage calculations for disputes, breach of contracts and claims. Patrick is specialized in squeeze-out procedures in the Netherlands and works as a valuation expert for third parties and the Dutch court.
